Singing for MT: the Greatest Show

Continue to advance your singing and storytelling skills. Winter quarter will focus on songs from The Greatest Showman and other musicals featuring a "show within a show" like Big Fish and Pippin. Areas covered include vocal technique, music theory, breath control, rhythm, melody, sight-reading, and acting through song. Students expand their vocal range, fine-tune their ears, strengthen breathing, and learn new music, all in a small class. (This class does not take the place of individual voice lessons, which should be taken privately, year-round, for serious singers.)
