Singing for Theatre: The Audition

In this singing class, we will develop the skills to "slay" our audition songs with confidence, storytelling, and technique. Be prepared for summer auditions at KIDSTAGE, starting on May 4th. Areas covered include vocal technique, music theory, breath control, rhythm, melody, sight-reading, and acting through song. Students expand their vocal range, fine-tune their ears, strengthen breathing, and learn new music, all in a small class. (This class does not take the place of individual voice lessons, which should be taken privately, year-round, for serious singers.)
