Explore a wide variety of dance styles from all over the world with high energy/cardio combinations. Unlike a traditional dance class, this class jumps right into executing new combinations rather than breaking down technique. This style of teaching/learning can help students develop their focus, thereby improving their ability to pick up on choreography faster. In addition, students will increase their physical strength and stamina. Each class will end with a thorough cool-down and stretching.
