Dance Essentials 3

Dance Essentials provides tools to increase flexibility and improve core strength. Come work on techniques for musical theatre, and the fundamentals of turns and jumps. Explore acting through dance, specificity of movement, dancing with strength, and selling a dance number. Dance Essentials 3 expands on Dance Essentials 2 skills and adds: Coupe Turns, Axel,“C” Jumps, Turning Stag Jumps, Jumps into Rolls, Double Pique Turns, Double Compass Turns, Learn Basic Fuete Form and start turning them, Double Attitude Turns, Triple Pirouettes (up to), can express different emotions throughout a number, fast pick up skills. Proficiency in these skills is required to move into the next Level. This is a 14 week class, with breaks for holidays and school breaks.
