KIDSTAGE Virtual Open House & Audition Workshop

Join KIDSTAGE staff and instructors for a fun, informational virtual evening describing all KIDSTAGE programs:  classes, productions, and our pre-professional training programs – Institute and Pathway. Learn about upcoming opportunities including auditions, writing programs, and training, and have all your questions answered in our open house-style format. In the workshop portion of the evening, students will prep for future auditions by learning how to create and submit self-tapes for auditions, and meet with acting and vocal coaches to fine-tune their monologue and/or song with expert help. There is an opportunity for parents/guardians to have a separate Q&A session with KIDSTAGE staff during this time as well. KIDSTAGE will provide a selection of monologues and songs students can practice with during the workshop and to use at a future audition, although students are welcome to also bring and use their own material. This Open House & Workshop is specifically geared for students and families new to KIDSTAGE, in preparation for February auditions for our March and April productions. These productions will be open to students in 4th grade through age 20. Tuition is free. We appreciate advance registration, so we can best serve you.
